It tells you that if you need to stick to a budget  then to just get charcoal or gray eyeshadow. Men like smoky eye makeup. It says if you wanna go all out find the eyeshadow that is right for your skin tone, but you don't have to stick strictly to that color. Go crazy, live a little. Mix and match for I style that rocks.
